    Title: Lower falls, Snake Indian River, Jasper National Park, Alberta.

    Photographer: Attributed to W.J. Oliver, Calgary Alberta.

    Description: Vintage photograph (gold-toned silver print) in original wood frame and glass. Image size approx 30 inches wide x 36 inches tall.  Jasper Park Warden perches on lip of falls.

    Remarks: This image appeared in the Canadian Geographical Journal, Volume 1, Number 3, page 210, July, 1930. Article entitled: Memories Of The Mountains, by Henrietta Wilson.

    Signed: Original brass identification plaque on frame. Photo might be signed on the reverse, but I have never risked unframing it to check.

    Image size: 30"Wide x 36" Tall

    Condition: Fine

    Framed: Original hardwood frame, glass and title plaque.

    Additional Research and Provenance. This image once hung in Montreal's Windsor Station (Canadian Pacific Railway)
